  Easy in and out great experience with the staff. Rarely any lines, usually in and out in 3 to 5 minutes.

  Heidi is very kind and helpful! The plaza went without electricity for a few hours yesterday and she did an amazing job with how busy it got after the electricity came back. We appreciate her and we will be coming to this UPS just for her amazing service!

  Heidi is just phenomenal! What an absolute joy of a personality, while simultaneously handling chaos like a complete, experienced pro! I used to manage a retail print department and she would have been a team member of my hiring dreams. I write this as 7 clients walked in simultaneously, she multitasked and managed all with ease and kept the entire lot laughing and smiling while she quickly addressed everyone’s needs. I vote a bonus for Heidi :)

  If I could give a 0 here I would. I always go to this one store or send one of my children for me and it’s always a problem here and I get turned around. I just got a package yesterday that I was instructed to do with the label and they told me I needed to put it in a box while it was a pair of shoes and they were already in a box. Why would I put a box in another box?I take the same package a little bit further down the road and it’s like nothing it gets handled without any problems and any issues. This is the problem every time, though I go here and I have issues. I take it further down the street and it’s no problem. The staff always has a nasty attitude and they’re very dismissive about things. I’ve never seen anything like it before and I’m not quite certain what is so different about this store than the other ones. I will never go to this location again and I would advise anyone against it too. I understand that this location is a private franchise and if this owner does not do something about his staff and hire better people he’s not going to have that much luck here for very long.
