  I went to Advance Auto for a Cv axle and Barb was AWESOME SHE helped me out expediously without a problem gave me pointers that I didnt know about my car she was AWESOME AND I appreciate her going far and beyond to help me because before coming inside the store I was very frustrated and she made my life better for as my car and how I was feeling and that means so much to me as a customer....way to go Barb and Advance🎊

  On my way to Autozone and decided to stop at Advanced Auto Parts instead. Definitely, was a great choice.   I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Advance Auto Parts on Route 41 in Ruskin, FL, and I must give a special shoutout to Barb and Jahrel. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with a level of care and respect that you just don’t see every day. I came in to purchase a battery for my BMW, and what I expected to be a quick, routine transaction turned into something much more meaningful. Barb and Jahrel went far above and beyond, not just helping me find the right battery, but taking the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt confident in my purchase, and even assisting me through the entire process with genuine kindness and patience. What really stood out was how they made me feel. It didn’t feel like I was just another customer, they made me feel like family. Their positive energy, professionalism, and willingness to help without hesitation truly made my day. It’s rare to find a team that combines knowledge, efficiency, and heart the way they do. Experiences like this remind you that great customer service still exists, and when it does, it leaves a lasting impact.
