- BLBrad Lee6 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store location. I shipped a watch valued at approximately $700 to my father through this store. The package never arrived, and what makes the situation especially concerning is that there appears to be no tracking history beyond the receipt I was given at the time of shipment. My father never received the package, and I have been unable to determine what happened to it. While I understand that shipping issues can occur, my frustration comes from the lack of assistance and accountability I experienced when trying to resolve the matter. Despite multiple attempts to seek answers and support, I received little satisfaction from the franchise owner or the store. Losing an item of this value is upsetting enough, but feeling ignored during the claims process made the experience even worse. I would encourage anyone shipping valuable items through this location to carefully document everything and consider additional precautions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.
