  I had a new transaction to return items to a couple places and this young man Delane was amazing. He was patient and made sure I didn’t feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. I appreciated his easy demeanor and walking me through a several step process and he did it quickly. I was in and out.

  I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location, and I want to recognize Travis for going above and beyond. I came in with a vision for a project that is very important to me and needed it printed as a large presentation poster. Travis took his time to make sure every detail was perfect. He carefully adjusted the sizing, made precise cuts, ensured everything looked professional, and even made sure the poster tube was fitted correctly. His attention to detail and pride in his work were exceptional. What impressed me the most was that he genuinely cared about helping me bring my vision to life. I never felt rushed, and his professionalism, kindness, and passion for doing quality work made this one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. When I offered him a tip for all the extra effort, he respectfully declined. That spoke volumes about his character. FedEx is fortunate to have an employee like Travis.   We were stressed when we arrived. They told to get the mail out for tomorrow morning delivery we have just a few minutes. Our document from the USB did not work with self-printing. The associates in the store rocked it. One was printing our documents for us, they did not even ask us to pay for printing. I had to still fill out the printed form. And the next associate rushed us through the mailing process. We never saw an associate typing with such a pace! They bend time and our documents arrived at the destination 8 AM the next morning. Greatly appreciated this team! It was crucial for us to have the documents delivered next morning!!! Thank you guys!
