  The only reason I came here is because where I usually go did not have the specific item I needed… Or else I would give this place zero stars. The store is dingy and dirty, and the customer service absolutely sucked.

  walked in circles for 10 minutes before finding a worker to assist me, the workers were all sitting in the back talking, only one worker was actually doing their job. the guy that helped me did his thing really fast and was fine, but he shouldn’t have been the only one doing anything.

  It’s challenging to find good people and service these days. Karina and Tito were a great team!!! Helped us find what we needed with patience and understanding. Installed, our wipers quickly with a smile. Co Mission accomplished. Great attitude great service.

  This particular Advance auto parts is one of a kind! Their customer service is so amazing! Ray personally helped me in a dire situation, as my car had multiple lights on, I was a wreck ! It was late in the day, about to pour and he just looked at my car, came up with a plan and I was on my way! I need to travel back to Atlanta in a few days. He and all the staff there are smart, know exactly what to do and just jump in! They are all knowledgeable and friendly! Advanced auto parts on Southern Blvd is where to go for anything related to your car. Mine is a 5 year old Mercedes. The general mgr was wonderful too! I highly recommend the store!!!
