I have ordered the same sub from the app for pick-up from this location for years - Subway Club deluxe toasted, extra cheese, add bacon, extra pickles and onions. I always tip 20%. Picking up my sub today I could immediately tell it was wrong just by the weight. I opened it there and noticed it didn't have 50% more meat (deluxe), didn't have extra cheese, and didn't have bacon. When I brought this to their attention, jokingly saying "come on guys, I tipped you 20%", and they looked at the sub, the lady told the newer person just to add the meat, cheese, and bacon - not responding to me at all. I was surprised they didn't make a new one. They slapped more cold meat on it, toasted the bacon separately, neglected to put the cheese on until I reminded the guy. When I did he, again not responding, sprinkled the tiniest bit of cheese on it; seemingly annoyed. When I brought it back to work I further noticed there was one piece of onion on it and only a couple pickles. The meat was of course cold and the new cheese un-melted because they didn't remake and toast a new sandwich. The bread was bordering on stale as well.
It was highly disappointing to say the least, in service/response/food quality, for a place I've frequented for work lunch for over 16 years.
