  Yes it's on a gas station. But food was good, made exactly how I asked, and the sandwich creator person was friendly.

  For this not even to be a full Subway location, the service was honestly the best I’ve ever received. Sammy really made the whole experience—everything was quick, smooth, and welcoming. We definitely need a Sammy at every Subway!

  I wont eat here again. i waisted $15 on 2 6" because they didn't have enough meatballs for a 12"... then the turkey and swiss, wasnt swiss because they dont offer swiss. Just a poor reflection of the Subway I grew up to.🫤

  I have been eating Subway for over 20 years AND NEVER WROTE A REVIEW. I am not new to this. I am a full blown Subway fanatic. I eat it five days a week without fail. And in all those years, across countless locations, I have never in my life seen a Subway run like this one. The Subway - 7245 N Military Trail is on another level. Let’s start with the cleanliness. It is spotless every single time. Not sometimes. Not most of the time. Every time. The glass is crystal clear. The floors are clean. The topping station looks like it was just set up five minutes ago. It feels almost unrealistic because every Subway technically charges the same prices, yet they are not run the same. This one operates like it actually cares. Now let’s talk about service. After my second visit, every employee knew my first name. Not just one person. All of them. That does not happen by accident. That is leadership. That is culture. That is an owner who clearly sets the standard and communicates with his team. There is no way a whole staff organically memorizes customers like that without intention behind it. They know my exact sandwich. My exact toppings. The exact amount of each topping. I barely have to speak. That is not fast food service. That is hospitality. What makes it even better is the convenience. I can pump gas and walk inside and get the best Subway sandwich I have ever had in my life. At this point, it has become a blessing and a curse because I genuinely do not want Subway from anywhere else. This location ruined every other one for me. It feels magical. It feels almost fake because you do not expect this level of excellence from a chain that is standardized nationwide. If anyone wants to challenge this review, I invite you to go there consistently and try to prove me wrong. I stand by every word.   I ordered the wrong item online admittedly I hit blt instead of bmt and I can’t eat bacon this woman was not helpful. I was willing to pay the extra meat and I did even after I payed for the blt she took the bacon off because I don’t eat bacon and put the right meat on and charged me $6 for the meat she gave me on the same sub bread and veggies mayo and all I have never seen such bad service like this she needs to be fired a honest mistake should be worked out not give me the same bread and a 6$ charge awful service, won’t be back! I work in a restaurant I’d never treat anyone the way she treated me she handed me the sub back not even in a bag i ordered this sub two hours prior to feed my kids it was soggy and straight awful
