  HORRIBLE SERVICE. i placed an order last night through the app for a 10 pc CLASSIC (as shown) I received 10 boneless wings instead (which is a charge difference) I called them 4x & the machine said they were closed. I called again today to make a complaint & instead of refunding me or giving me my correct order the GENERAL MANAGER told me they couldn’t do anything unless I bring in the food with the receipt. No apologies or anything. this not the first time they’ve made a mistake but it will be the last. i will not be supporting them anymore cause clearly they don’t care about their customers or their hard earned money they spend. take a customer service course and do better next time!

  Slow service. Rude employees. And tried to over charge me. Had to fight for 10min to prove I was right before they fixed it and didn’t even apologize for it! Then to top it off I think I was given old wings that were a different sauce at first and they probably tried to rinse or cover with then flavors I asked for because those weren’t the right flavor. Maybe from a previous order that wasn’t picked up or that had been sitting waiting awhile waiting for a food service delivery company that hadn’t shown up yet. Total waste of time and money!!!
