  Saniya at the register was very respectful and provided impeccable customer service! She greeted customers with a smile, was patient and attentive, and made the entire experience pleasant from start to finish. Employees like Saniya truly make a difference and are a great representation of excellent customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The manager James is amazing! Uber driver stole some things from my order and I was able to get it. Thank you so much! Very professional and prompt service 🩷🩷

  Called and specifically asked for my recent order to please have all sauces to be on the side. They assured me they would. Revieved my order just now, all wings soaked in sauce. No great at all!

  Best management you can have for a company, I’ve never received any bad treatment here but I have seen plenty of rude customers. I don’t know the managers name in particular but problems are handled swiftly and professionally. The people working in there are very polite and welcoming, I always get greeted as soon as I open the door. My go to place to eat. Best fries I’ve ever had.

  Since this Wingstop has opened, I have placed 1 to 3 orders a week consistently with a minimum order of $70-$120 order. I've had multiple issues when placing orders to go and then only giving the delivery driver one of my 2 to 3 bags and then I have to place another order in order for them to send the remainder of my food. They've comped me for that one time out of the multiple times that it happened. The customer service in this restaurant is more than disappointing and it's not all of the workers there some of the girls that work there are so accommodating and kind while others specifically a supposed manager named Angela, Does not deserve the title of a manager. A manager is supposed to correct problems caused by her team or his team. A manager is supposed to come up with a resolution to help the customer. She does none of that, but will argue her points and purposely make sure your order is incorrect. The higher up manager James is more than fair.
