  $3.50 to print an Amazon return label when every other location charges $1? I'm guessing the owners here are making side $ as a hustle here. Of course I refused. Amazon will mail you a label for $1. Rip off! Disgusting location. Some individual had a toddler sitting on a miniature toilet in the back of their minivan just standing and watching. Felt like I was in another country.

  the staff at store # 5215 have always been great to work with for the last year, but since a new one is opening soon super close, it will be great but I will miss them.

  Staff always want to make things harder. I get a package from Amazon and I’m returning the package same way it came to my door steps but folks here will tell you to go other ups store and says “we need a box we will not take the package like this you can go other ups store and try if they take it” seriously…. this type of nonsense is not acceptable. Ready my review again to understand.

  Regarding the UPS store on US Hwy 301, I have been their customer for several years now. Despite the ownership change and some associated staff turnover, I want to commend Kevin and his team in maintaining the high standards that have helped me run my business. Most recently, new regulations on mail handling were introduced by the government, Raji and Kevin patiently walked me through the forms completion while maintaining the steady flow of other customers - all with seemingly unique needs. Two thumbs up to the team.
