April !! demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to her what she does when I stop by today She was very reliable, while I was there I seen her take initiative especially when she notices customers that weren’t getting helped by the other employees … she works very well with all the coworkers and customers, she maintains a positive attitude and gives very helpful information while this store is very busy the times I have stop by but very thankful to be greeted and help, by this young Lady.
-Highly recommend not getting rid of her. Definitely needs a raise

I had a very good experience at this location, welcoming friendly staff, they know what they are doing! I have to mention April in particular ,she went above and beyond to help me with my Notary needs and shipping questions and concerns.
I definitely recommend this store .

I went in to this UPS store and was really impressed. The people at spectrum directed me there as they did not want to help. Different story at UPS in Riverview as Kesline, April and Jannyia were very helpful and kind. Hopefully their supervisor sees this and gives them a big thanks!
I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. My transaction was completed very quickly, and the customer service was outstanding. A special thank you to Shivani, who took the time to help me throughout the entire process. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy and stress-free.
I would also like to thank Raji for being very helpful and professional. Both employees provided exceptional service, and I truly appreciate their assistance.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the UPS Store in Riverview. I wasn’t home during delivery, so I rerouted my package to my neighbor—but it was instead sent to this location as an access point, which was already frustrating.
The staff were rude and condescending, and when I called for help, the store manager put me on hold and then told me I was “wasting my time.” Completely unprofessional.
Now the situation has escalated even further—they are refusing to release my package back to the UPS driver, which is unacceptable. Instead of helping resolve the issue, this location has made it far more difficult and stressful.
I even contacted UPS directly and was told the only way to resolve this is to write a letter and send a copy of my driver’s license to the store so my neighbor can pick it up on my behalf—just to fix a mistake that wasn’t mine.
I will be contacting the owner directly to try and resolve this situation, as I’m increasingly concerned about how my package is being handled.
At every step, I’ve been treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I’ve had much better experiences with other UPS locations, but based on this, I would strongly not recommend this one.
