    I stopped at this location today 8/22/26. The person behind the counter was a very condescending, arrogant , disrespectful, and really should be reprimanded or if not fried for jumping over counters like if was raised in barn. I’ve left without shipping my packages due to this disrespectful customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

    Had fingerprints done here and the employees were so efficient and actually cared about the quality of the prints. Super helpful!!!

    I went to the UPS store and the person that assisted me was the manager. Not too friendly I asked him was he having a good day he said that that’s just the way he is he did. I said well with me.
