About two weeks ago, I came in and perceived that he had a bad attitude. When I came in, he said hi and instantly asked me what I would like, but said nothing else until the end of the transaction. I asked him what he was listening to because he had an earbud in. Long story short, I gave him a few book recommendations, and to my surprise I came back today & he had actually read two of them and was able to hold a conversation about them. He’s a good kid; he just doesn’t talk much.

This is the first time the order was wrong. I’ve ordered here three times throughout the year, and the other times had no issues. I’m upset because I paid for 50% extra meat and received less than normal. The lettuce was missing as well. The meal was disappointing, but not worth going in to argue about it. Just do better, please.
Arrived at 9:17 and the store is closed. When I was living the parking two ladies which seems to be the employees they were just arriving to the store. I was lucky I didn’t put an order online otherwise I would’ve been wasting so much time with this management here.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The store had a terrible smell with restroom doors wide open and loud music blasting so loudly that I couldn’t even hear the employee properly. No one was at the counter, and the employee ignored us despite clearly seeing us waiting. After several minutes, we had to ring the bell to get her attention.
When she finally came out, she spoke unclearly, and because of the loud music, we couldn’t understand her. Instead of making any effort to communicate properly, she became rude and dismissive, saying the system was down. When I asked whether we should wait or leave, she bluntly said, “You can leave right now,” and even used a hand (palm) gesture telling us to leave immediately. She even added that they don’t need our business.
This kind of attitude is exactly what hurts franchises. Employees who are just working hourly shifts and only focused on clocking time—without any care for customers or business growth—create a terrible experience.
This location used to be good, but today’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this.

Horrible customer service guys stay away from this place. They do have an attitude… and really bad.
