  Stopped in for a quick bite. They didn't have any chicken, roast beef, bacon or any cheese besides provolone. A homeless woman sat in the lobby slumped over waking only to puff her vape.

  Today I went in and it was entirely different in a good way. The woman who was working was new to me and she was friendly from the time I entered. I learned her name was Sarah and she is now the new manager. I hope she stays !

  I recently made a door dash order from this restaurant for a breakfast sandwich. Apparently, this place doesn't carry eggs so they couldn't complete my sandwich. When I called to find out if this was true a young lady answered the phone and was extremely unprofessional. I explained that I wasn't going to yell at her because she seemed very flustered when we started talking. I merely asked if they had any ability to edit their menu items on door dash on their side so that this issue wouldn't happen to someone else or if they could cancel the order on their end. At that point she started talking in a stream of consciousness and wouldn't let me get a word in at all. This happened for a while at which point I did get angry with her and hung up. I was fine at the start but her demeanor and actions proved extremely unprofessional and irritating. I get that people can have bad days but her work day had just started cause the store had just opened, I wasn't being rude but she decided that it was ok to completely speak over me and not hear out the issue. Maybe she could have taken the problem to her manager who might've been able to resolve it, but now we'll never know.

  I ordered a cold cut combo to be toasted. Instead of just toasting the bread, meat, and cheese like they usually do it’s like the worker took my entire made sub and put it into the toaster. Hot cucumbers, hot lettuce, hot mayo. It was so disgusting. One of the worst sandwiches I have ever gotten from Subway. And I wasted my free sub on this too. Literally hot garbage. Trying to complain to Subway is like talking to a brick wall nothing gets done about it. I used to LOVE Subway but I am done. None of the Subways around here are good.
