  BE CAREFUL!!! They will take your money and then not refund you if they are out of stock or cannot make the sandwich. Happened twice at this location. The first time a manager tried to tell me she couldn’t, but then was able to refund it. This time they marked my mobile order as PICKED UP and completed so they took the money and the tip I left before I even showed up. When I got there they said they didn’t have the ingredients nor were they willing to refund/cash me out OR not even willing to make me a different kind of sandwich without paying for a whole new order. Subway customer service says the location has to refund you, they are refusing. Would recommend just driving up the street to a different location. This place has tried this twice in the past month

  You hardly see the subway Employee be happy working day. The ding sound of entry door is like a knife to their heart. I asked them to make me a subway on whole grain using the same recipe of Baja chicken. She said we don’t have Baja chicken in the menu. When you’re sure her on the display in wraps section, she responses we cannot modify anything on the wraps meaning she cannot make me a sandwich taste like bar chicken on all whole grain bread. I went to use the bathroom while she was making the sandwich, oh my Lord, Bathroom was so dirty, the flush is not working, there is no soap in the dispenser. I would be so happy to see the subway brand go down and close down all the stores so we can have opportunity for other brands to show up better way

  I leave one subway because it doesn’t open on time because the workers are terrible to go to another subway to find out they’re not serving anything cause they don’t have bread at the night Shift didn’t leave any bread for them
