  I was given the office # to call by a lifelong friend that has worked for Progressive insurance for more than 25 years, after receiving a $1357 a month quote for a single route delivery vehicle with another company. I gave Justin my information at noon; by 2:45 I had a quote for $650 a month… nothing else needs to be said.

  Paid for a policy up front for the year. At the end of the year they tell me I owe them 500 more dollars because of a mistake they made. I found this out because instead of getting a phone call from allstate about this I got a call from a collection agency instead. Called and tried to get in touch with John, he wouldn't even call me just text instead and blame me for this. Will never do business with these people and will tell everyone I know not to as well. Terrible company

  If you are with this company for more than 2 years I suggest you do a price quote from competitors. I just saved over 2400 a year in card insurance and the reasoning was poor at best. When I cancelled obviously they were able to give me a better rate but its too late. It is legal price gauging and to top it off they cancelled my policy and sent me a bill for 63.77 which is a proration for coming off auto pay. I am embarrassed I was with them for so long and truthfully they should be embarrassed with the overbilling I have had for years.
