Terrible experience with the quality and service provided by some of the employees in this Company.
Two of the employees were agresive, totally unreasonably and lie in your face to their managers about the bad service provided, yet, argued with you, they didn't said what they did.
Also, they violated the law and their own company policy as far of returning devised/accessory to the company or store. Even if you just bought the item and returned it 5 to 10 minutes after doing the purchase.
The company policy on return of goods or services said very clear on their card board announcement displayed at the front desk:
" Customer has 7 days to return the accessory/device to the store in the original package with the receipt".
The store manager and his employee at the store at Quincy. Fl. refused energetically with a verbal and non-verbal communication, arrogant and unreasonable attitude, "the store policy doesn't do refund" period!
