I placed an online order and went to pick it up, only to find that the food wasn’t ready due to a supposed issue with the system. When I presented the order, they refused to make the food or even return my money.
Debbie is incredible!!! She is so professional and funny and even when she is swamped, she is so friendly and keeps all the customers happy. Great job!!!

Came in to eat today and Debbi was working alone and very busy. She worked fast and had a positive infectious attitude. Food was greatest and service was better!
The ladies that helped me was super friendly, fast and got me in and out super quick.

2nd time I had a horrible experience in as many months.
Both times I ordered online, and both times Rilee made the sandwiches.
The first time I ordered online and arrived 15 minutes after the pick up window, and was told they never got the order – after looking for it for a few moments it was found, and she made my sandwiches. However, I had to read the order to her because she could not get it straight.
Tonight I ordered and received two sandwiches without the correct ingredients, one was a turkey ham sandwich with no ham and another was in American club, which is turkey ham, and bacon which also had no ham and no bacon. I called the store twice immediately upon arriving home and discovering the mistake, but the phone number does not ring through. Unfortunately, that was dinner for the family so we had to eat the incorrect sandwiches. I went back to the store three hours later to describe and document the mistake and asked for it to be rectified via refund or another suitable solution and was told, by the manager Phoebe over the phone, without bringing in the sandwiches they could not fix it. Then, when I insisted there had to be a suitable solution, I was asked to leave the store or be trespassed.
