  The worse customer service ever. No help over the phone and only robot prompts to get hung up on when you answer correctly. I hope no one else stands for this lack of care or concern for the people that fund the business as customers. Never again FedEx, your welcome for my years of patronage but no thank you to your services.

  FedEx Delivery Experience I had three FedEx deliveries recently that required signatures, and the delivery timing was extremely inconsistent. The first delivery arrived one hour outside the delivery window I was given. The second arrived just barely within the scheduled window, and the third arrived before the delivery window even started. When a signature is required, you have to plan around the delivery window and make sure someone is available. It’s frustrating when FedEx gives you a specific timeframe but then doesn’t consistently follow it. FedEx should also do a better job updating the estimated delivery window as the package gets closer to the destination and the driver gets closer to your address. If the original window is no longer accurate, customers should be given a more realistic updated timeframe so they aren’t stuck waiting around unnecessarily. I understand deliveries can run late occasionally, but when the delivery windows are consistently inaccurate or change without being updated, it makes the scheduled windows feel pretty meaningless. Overall, a very frustrating experience, and FedEx needs to do better.
