  Simple and easy return. They did print the label and ship it back. (Was return) but I had the hardest time finding a spot that would print the shipping label and they did. From what I have found out a lot of places can print it, its just if they want to or not. Staff was friendly and helpful. Job well done

  Whomever this driver is for FED Ex needs to be fired, asked to wait one minute and we would get someone to the door for medicine for children with a fatal disease they can’t go without. Wouldn’t wait and left, the medicine requires refrigeration and will now expire because the next business day is 72 hours away.

  FedEx Home delivery window was 11:30 AM to 1:30PM. Now just got an update that it could be anytime today. So I just wasted two hours for nothing and I get to wait another 5-6 hours for an unknown delivery time. In the current day of technology how could this be so inaccurate?
