  I ordered off the app went in to pick up food. The girl was Talking to one of her friends on the phone. She looks at me I told her I was picking up an order she said one second continue to have the conversation with whoever she was talking to and filling up soda... Then five minutes later, there’s a lady that was picking up a dash order yells from behind me says I’m here to pick up an order that same girl grabbed her food and I asked her you told me one second how do you go Serve somebody that’s behind me her answer was I just grabbed the first bag I saw ... Which is so wild because you had to check the name to give her the order, then goes and grabs my order after I said something to her and throw the bag on the counter where it slid to my direction... Walks away still on the phone keep in mind I said where is the drink? she looks at the order it says what drink you want... Horrible Customer Service... Will not go back to this location.. Really wish I could’ve got that person’s name to add to this review

  I Don't know what happened to this location. These last few times Ive ordered its been horrible. Completely forgot a box of my wings called asked for a refund or anything said 9 to 11 business days never received. Said to myself give them one more shot just got my delivery and a whole order didnt even have the sauce on the wings.

  Not sure what's with the crazy reviews, but every time I've ordered from this location, they NEVER disappoint! And trust me, I take notice. The ladies are ALL respectful and they work very proficient. I always go in and order as opposed to calling it in ahead, just because I want them to understand via my presence, my food needs to be great..lol.. We pay alot for dem wings, and money is tight nowadays.. but this place, I love!

  No one in the restaurant yet the employees seemed annoyed to hand me my food. Ask for my sauce on the side was told there would be a charge for that. No wonder they have a two star rating. First time coming, will not be back!
