Wanda Mercado is amazing. She is truly customer focused, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had a “difficult-for-me” notary transaction on my phone that I did know how to resolve. Wanda, thankfully, took complete charge and completed the required actions in a timely and efficient manner. Plus, she helped me take steps to ensure the receiving party was satisfied. And…all with a smile and a no-problem attitude. UPS is lucky to have a valued individual, such as Wanda, on their team! Thank you for Her.
Wanda at the UPS Store in Tradition Plaza (Port St. Lucie) is fantastic. I run a business (Synagenics) and come in almost every day to ship packages, and she’s always welcoming and pleasant to deal with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable — from packing details to shipping procedures — and makes what could be a tedious daily errand genuinely easy. Great employee, great person. Highly recommend this location if you’re dealing with Wanda.

I’m at this UPS Store almost every day doing returns as well as shipping, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the management and staff. They are akk always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra step to make sure all their customers are taken care of with ease. The entire staff consistently greets me with a smile and are happy to help with everything. It’s rare to find a business where the entire team always goes above and beyond. The management has done a great job creating such a welcoming and customer-focused environment. I am grateful to have this store close by and highly recommend this UPS Store!
Chris and Joe have the best customer service beyond any UPS I have ever been into. They always treat me right and explain everything and anything I need better understanding on. I highly recommend Tradition UPS, as well as Chris and Joe.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store yesterday.
I arrived at approximately 6:26 p.m., just four minutes before closing, with about five Amazon returns. As soon as I walked in, the young male clerk asked, in an annoyed tone, whether I already had all of my return codes ready because they were closing in three minutes.
While I was locating each return code in the Amazon app, he repeatedly reminded me that the store was about to close. His colleague (an older man with a beard) went ahead and locked the door. His constant comments made me feel rushed and increasingly anxious. By the time I got to my last return, I was so flustered that I couldn't find the code, so I decided to leave and complete the final return at Staples instead.
I completely understand that employees are eager to finish their shifts at closing time. However, customers who enter during posted business hours should still be treated courteously and without being made to feel like an inconvenience. It also made me wonder how this clerk would have handled the situation if there had been several customers already waiting in line just before closing.
I hope this feedback will be shared with the employee and used as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of providing professional and courteous customer service until the store officially closes.
