  Had FedEx delivery of some electronics and they put the box at the end of my porch in the hot sun. The guy could have took 2 more steps and put the box under my big front porch to protect it for the sun and later rain. The rain damaged it!

  Common sense will tell you, typically people aren't going to go out of their way to write a review about dropping off a package at FedEx, UPS or at the post office... But however, if they had a real bad experience yeah sure, their going to write a review to vent & let people know not to go there or use a certain company's service, right?!? Well, as I'm reading the reviews about the FedEx Ship Center here in PSL, just about every other review is a total overly positive "mock up fraudulent review" either by management or an employee, done by themselves to make the public think it's a great place to do business with!!! LOL... Actually, the place sucks & the staff are exceptionally very rude & don't care about the customer & would much rather pass the buck to another place, than do their actually job their getting paid to do, in the first place & just simply work, instead of standing around talking on their phones or with each other!!! What an extremely very lazy group of employees, that could have shipped my package from their location but instead, I was sent to the Stuart location, 20 minutes away & the clerk at that location asked me why I drove all the way to their location, when it could have easily been done here in PSL??? I told them that the one of the clerk at the PSL facility told me that they don't help you package any of your packages, when they do & are actually there to do exactly that for the customer, it's their job!!! I already had the shipping labels printed out, they only had to help with the packaging, that's it!!! If I had gone to the UPS Store by my house, they would have helped me there & I should have done it with them in the first place, instead of driving to & from that other FedEx Shipping Center, just to save a couple of bucks I thought & which I ended up spending it anyway, just about the same amount on gas that I used, to get to the Stuart store!!! Those PSL employees are only there to collect a paycheck & have absolutely no intention to do any kind of work or to do their job helping a customer!!! Unbelievable... 😠
