  What a wonderful experience making a purchase for my cell phone with Wesley at this location. He is patient, professional knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend cricket , this store and this man.. #happy customer

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I believe this situation warrants it. On 12/30/2024 at 7:30 PM, I visited the store to resolve an issue with a new line I was purchasing. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff I interacted with were unhelpful, uncommunicative, and displayed an arrogant demeanor, which is far from the level of service customers should expect. A suggestion for improvement: if someone finds their job unfulfilling or struggles to provide customer service, perhaps it's worth exploring a role better suited to their skills and interests. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to enhance the service experience for future customers

  Very happy with my new phone and service . Justine helped me and she explained everything well* they even had a coffee station set up for the customers while they wait

  This retailer scammed my elderly father. They added insurance to two of our phones without our authorization. They are responsible for fraudulent and exploitative behavior. I tried to work with Cricket to fix this, but they were not helpful.
