  This review is specially for one of their team members Ryan I'm going to post anything personal but Angels still do exist in all forms he was kind courteous and a saint idk how to repay him tysm for your kindness I actually got my kids some food you have no idea out of all the ups stores I've been too this one n this employee and another 2 females were so kind patient and courteous that's rare the store is always clean they take their time w a customer not rush you to go to the next I hope this employee gets to see this bc he was truly one of a kind tyty

  This location is far superior to the others. Easy and accessible parking. Clean and well organized store. Fantastic staff. For packing general items or something precious, hands down the best. They do it all.

  The UPS Store in St. James, Port St. Lucie, consistently provides outstanding customer service! Colton and Aiden are among the most polite, professional, and customer-oriented people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They go above and beyond to make every visit smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. What makes this location even more impressive is that the excellent service starts at the top. The owners have clearly created a culture of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their customers. It is evident that they value both their customers and their employees, and that positive environment shines through every interaction. Their positive attitudes, knowledge, and willingness to help truly set this location apart.
