- GHG HJul 14, 20265.0Chandler is unreal ! Deserves a raise and promo - had delicate vintage guitar shipped from an awesome old man that had it since he was 14. He wasn’t very tech savvy, so I was going to have to risk sending thousands of dollars through Zelle without any protection. I provided a label, location and prepared staff at this store for the man and the Chandler was on my team through the entire process. It was complicated, took days, and this team was there like an old school company that was there for me. Makenna(please forgive if spelling is incorrect) was in the store when the man actually came in and she was fully briefed by Chandler on the situation and was the most pleasant helpful and intelligent girl I could hope for processing this whole thing. She even got on FaceTime with us and confirmed the shipment. Obviously, these guys must be led by an incredible manager (Heidi) to have been so attentive and open to going the extra mile for me. She even packed the guitar in a super special way for me. This place gave me faith in major corporations again. Well done, team .. Thank you !

I was helped by Brianna and Mia at the store on Sunday. Both were very kind and professional. The paintings were very well protected and arrived in perfect condition Friday 7/10. I want to thank Brianna and Mia, as well as the entire staff of the store, for the great service provided. The paintings are shown on the wall in FL and now will be placed on the walls of their new home in IL. THANK YOU!!! ❤️❤️❤️
