  I have used this store for years, same employees have always been there and really never an issue. The past few months I have had multiple major issues with Amazon returns not being processed correctly by them. Will not use this store anymore, but thought the ownership would like to know to possibly course correct. Updated 8-28 - After reading the owners response here, I was compelled to update my review to a 1 star. It’s pretty apparent that rather than understand and and properly address a valid customer concern (there appear to be other people who have also left reviews regarding lack of service with Amazon returns at this store) the management or ownership prefers to blame Amazon. At this time, I will elevate my complaint direct to UPS corporate inducing my communication with Amazon and the returns that were processed improperly by your store. Thank you.

  I must be visiting this location at the wrong times. I came here to say the staff I have always encountered seem put out and annoyed. I get they don't like dealing with Amazon returns (for whatever reasons) but business is business, right??

  Always so nice and helpful! Services always very quick and the staff is always helpful. We prefer to come here rather than the post office
