  They wrap everything up an hour early. Hard to order and see everything. I like Wawa better because it shows you everything on the computer, and you can just order it straight from there instead of the employees. Many people don’t have customer service skills. Plus the food tastes fresher at Wawa. Back in the day when Subway got this new container for meat or whatever it’s called to keep the meat temperature it tasted amazing, but I haven’t been there in over a year and it did not taste well. Not sure why, won’t be going back.

  Customer service is always good, except for the Black lady, she's just plain rude. I love their fresh subs and BOGOS they have time to time. Store is clean and orders are always ready on time.
