I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the shocking treatment my mother received at this location. The level of heartlessness and disrespect shown to an elderly customer is unacceptable.
My mother came into this store holding an official UPS letter, simply trying to understand how to get her package back. Since her English is limited, she politely explained this and asked for assistance. Instead of helping, the employee just shoved a phone number at her. When my mother asked for clarification because the number provided was short (only 3 or 4 digits), the employee dismissively snapped, "I don’t know either."
When my mother asked to speak with a manager, she was met with pure arrogance: "There is no manager here, we are all managers." Finally, when a helpless woman begged one last time for just a moment of help to figure out how to make the call, the employee demonstratively turned her head away and completely ignored her.
This isn't just poor customer service—this is a complete lack of basic human decency. My mother left the store in tears. She had to approach random young women on the street, who safely and instantly helped her figure out the number within a single second. What regular strangers did out of pure kindness, the "professionals" at UPS refused to do as their job.
Cruel, heartless, and disgusting behavior. Avoid this location at all costs. UPS should be deeply ashamed of hiring people like this.

There are 3 employees in the store and none know how to use the large printer. The only person that does works on some days 8-3. they clam you need a BA degree graphic design to be able to operate the printer. A child can work the printer with proper training under 2 hours. If you work there you should be able to work all the machines, just like FedEx Ship an Print where everyone knows how to work all the machines, including the large format ones without a BA Degree

On three separate occasions I have tried to get something notarized and left your store empty handed. The notary insists she has to read the entire 30 to 40 page document. I tried to explain that she is only verifying my identity and thst I stood before her and it is in fact my signature. I even showed her an email from my attorney stating to print the signature page and sign before a notary...but apparently she knows more than the attorney. The documents are settlement agreements and the content is private. This UPS store is close to my home and I am a frequent customer. It's unfortunate for the establishment and myself that customer service doesn't seem to be a priority.
