  I’ve used this store hundreds of times for notary on NOC‘s. I had an NOC done on Monday, June 15. They forgot to sign it. The manager that notarized it wasted 2 1/2 hours and several hundred dollars with this holdup. That bothers me is, I went in there to get it rectified and I never got an apology. What ever happened to customer service do we live in that bad of a decaying country that people don’t say I’m sorry for their mistakes anymore. Very disappointed.

  The friendliness of the staff, they are so knowledgeable and polite. And the number of services provided. I like that I can mail things, return Amazon products, fax, and buy supplies all in one spot.
