  I went in just a few minutes before closing on a Sunday not knowing the hours and Rosie the notary was so gracious and stay later for me to get a Time sensitive document I needed done. Also, Hannah helped me with the connection of the Wi-Fi both were very kind

  I was very pleased with my recent 8/5/2026 UPS transaction at Gulf Cove (Englewood, Fl.) visit. I was anxious about the cost of boxing g & shipping, but Rosie Vasquez, provided a superb service. She is friendly, personable, sincere and offered to take over my transaction - to allow me to get the "best service". She smiled & offered a thorough explanation. And, in spite of pressure of having several other clients in line. She made me VERY CONFIDENT that my business will go exactly how I want it to be. I would described my experience as "TOPS!" 10 out if 10. Somebody, like Rosie is a person I would definitely employ in my company if I am hiring, but I am retired now.

  This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at UPS store. The two girls in the store had no idea what they were doing. A line of seven people couldn’t answer the phone without completely stopping what they were doing. Took me about 35 minutes to send my package out numerous people were frustrated. I would avoid this location.

  Extremely customer oriented.....helpful, explains options, courtesy. All the employees are great.
