  I've been a Cricket Wireless customer for about six years, and yesterday I went to cancel one of my five lines. The store employees told me they couldn't do it and that I should call customer service, which I did. I called customer service and was able to cancel the line that way. The problem is that the person who helped me at customer service told me they could have done it in the store, but they refused. I mean, what are they there for? Just to sell, not to solve customer problems? I was almost about to switch to another phone company. I think my time with them is over. I'm disappointed with this store.

  I ask them a question and they answered it for me . I should buy a new phone soon . I might try a I-phone next .
