I have had Cricket Wireless for three months. Everytime their is something wrong with my phone I just drive to their business in Port Charlotte and explain what is going on and they easily trouble shoot what is wrong and they get my phone working in tip top shape again and again. I would recommend Cricket Wireless to anyone that needs professional service. Just never know when your phone goes on the blink but you can always trust Cricket to help you figure it out. They have affordable service plans.

Opens at 10:00 am, waited almost a half hour. We needed 2 new phones. Went down to Metro they were open. Cricket you suck. So does the one in Port Charlotte. The guy couldn't wait to get us out of the store. Our phones were covered by insurance. He wanted nothing to do with us. He just wanted to help another customer, because he wasn't going to make any commission on us.
