  First time coming to this location, and definitely my last. I ordered mobile pick up at 12:39am and was quoted 12:44-49am. When I got there, I still had to wait (not an issue, they were pretty busy). Once i finally received my food, it was the wrong order with the wrong name (it said Mari which is my nickname, but definitely not the name for my order). I told the tall, brown skin guy with glasses and locs that it was incorrect but he swore it was right, said the system put it in like that, then walked away. You couldn’t even express concern because they were in the middle of another complaint with another customer. Once I got home, I was disappointed yet not surprised that my order was 99% incorrect. On top of everything, they were heard in the back saying rude things about the other customers who complained. Overall, most of the workers were rude and it was very disappointing and I am seeking some type of refund since my order was wrong.

  That was genuinely one of the best Wing Stop experiences I've ever had. They prepared my pick up order so quickly. The bone-in wings were crispy, fresh, and packed with flavors. I got the lemon pepper and original hot. They included utensils and hand wipes in the bag. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped. I would order from this location again.

  The family and I came after our daughter’s swimming class. They were helpful to a family that spoke Spanish. They were polite and good was made quickly and well. There was an issue with my order and Ishmael and Lisa handled it with patience and kindness. We will be returning soon.
