Very disappointing experience.
The employee who served me — a woman wearing a head covering — refused to accept my coupon and claimed it could not be used for the Chicken Bacon Ranch. However, the coupon clearly stated which items were excluded, and what I ordered was not one of them.
I politely asked to speak with the manager, and she refused to call a manager as well.
To confirm the issue, I went to another Subway location and placed the exact same order using the same coupon — and I received the correct discount without any problem.
This is not the first issue I’ve had with this same employee. A few months ago, she also told me there was a “limit of three sauces” per sandwich, which is not an official policy.
It feels like this employee keeps making up rules for a franchise that is not hers.
