I had an issue with my delivery where my package was going to be returned after the delivery driver had neglected to leave a door tag reporting attempted delivery and the shipper forgot to send me tracking information on initial shipment. I had to rush to this location after work to see if there was any way to get my package in person. The employee who assisted me is named Nikki - she was absolutely incredible. She helped me save my package and I was able to obtain it at the office. She had no way of knowing, but this was a very expensive shipment that could have cost me a significant amount of money. She treated me with utmost respect and was very knowledgable. 10/10 experience and employee.

I had a delivery this morning. The man didn’t ring my doorbell or knock on the door just left a sorry we missed you and left my package at the bottom of the steps of my apartment complex. It’s their job to deliver it to my front door not leave it at the bottom of the stairs where anyone could take it. Oh and the supervisor told me to figure it out
