  I was driving right behind the reckless FedEx truck on Pine Island Road heading south between Atlantic Blvd and Southgate Blvd during a small road trip. He was going at least 65 mph on this road, causing my heart to race in absolute terror as he cut me off without a signal. At the upcoming road work, he sped up and nearly crashed into my car, leaving me completely shaken and gripping the steering wheel in fear before he smirked at me. Truck#206638

  I find the staff to be polite, but inefficient. It is common to arrive at this facility only to wait for a few minutes before someone comes to the counter. Today I waited several minutes while the FedEx employee opened a back entrance so another employee could bring a cart full of packages to another entrance. Why am I being inconvenienced because this facility is inadequately staffed?

  I had an issue with my delivery where my package was going to be returned after the delivery driver had neglected to leave a door tag reporting attempted delivery and the shipper forgot to send me tracking information on initial shipment. I had to rush to this location after work to see if there was any way to get my package in person. The employee who assisted me is named Nikki - she was absolutely incredible. She helped me save my package and I was able to obtain it at the office. She had no way of knowing, but this was a very expensive shipment that could have cost me a significant amount of money. She treated me with utmost respect and was very knowledgable. 10/10 experience and employee.
