  Went to the Cricket Wireless store today with an unusual situation. Was handled promptly and courteously by the 2 young ladies at the counter. Absolutely great job in solving the issue!! Thank you once again!!!

  Llegue a la tienda Cricket poinciana tan pronto que abrió y ahí estaba una chica llamada Keisha quien desde el primer instante me dijo que me calmara qué ella pondría todo su conocimiento ajustado a las políticas de cricket para que yo saliera con mi problema resuelto. Su trato paciente me ayudo a calmar ya que se ve que tiene mucha experiencia con tecnología por que con mucha destreza manipuló mi teléfono y resolvió mi problema. Gracias Keisha.

  Went and got an upgrade for my husbands phone and the "Manager" Katherine scammed us by telling us the price of the phone was 140$ came to 151 total but after going home I looked at the receipt and I was charged 30$ for a glass screen protector which was never even talked about cause I would have said no. The price of the phone was actually 79.99 plus tax and she automatically added the screen protector price into the price of phone when she told us the price of the phone. So she clearly scams people all the time with this. Went in today to say something about the charge and she tried to give me a run around about a bundle which she never asked me about during the sale and then said something about their prices change day to day which was BS. Then when I said I would be calling corporate she back tracked and said she would call her district manager. Lied to the manager and said she offered me a refund of the 30$ and I said no which never happened. Thats what i was there for. She was speaking spanish to her manager thinking she could get away with lying but my husband is puerto Rican and speaks Spanish and called her out on lying so then rushed off the phone then she refunded the 30$. I will still be contacting corporate as well as leaving this review. We have been with cricket for at least 10 years and to be scammed by a manager is crazy.
