  Advance Auto Parts is a place I will never do business with because of there parking lot policy. Your willing to sell me brakes and rotors but won't allow me to install them in your parking lot. I rather shop at Autozone or O'reilly. At least these businesses valve me as a customer and appreciate me.

  Liz at the Poinciana Florida store #06464, 821 Town Center Drive, ordered us the relays for my Ford Expedition, we got them in less than 2 hours and then Liz helped us with a R134 Conversion kit. Liz is OUTSTANDING! Liz KNOWS HER STUFF!!

  Today I needed New Wiper blades .. went to this location in poinciana . The two young ladies Liz n Janet were Awsome .. they went over and beyond to help with selection . Did the installation which is a plus . Both were kind and respectful and knew there work . That’s what I call great service . We need more people with this kind of service .. it just makes things easy especially when life can be hard at times . It was a pleasant experience from both Liz and Janet .. keep up the great work ladies 🌞🚙

  Upon flying into MCO I picked up my vehicle and after driving around town I noticed I was having electrical problems. After arriving at Advanced AP Liz quickly ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and found that the battery had gone bad. She quickly suggested the best make and model to replace my faulty battery and immediately after went above and beyond to install it for me and replace the old one. Excellent customer service, skills and dedication to the profession. Please keep more people like her around, she was amazing. Will be back for my car needs in the future.
