  My name is Mike R, and when the Wingstop cashier called out an initial that ain't even match, "is there a Mike A," I second guessed myself thinking maybe that wasn't me, but the whole time that big screen in the front that has the order names on it. Only had Mike R on it, no two, so when some random chick off the street rolled up and said she was Mike, that was already a red flag. I stood up and said "nah I'm Mike," and I have the receipt to match and the cashier just turned to her and asked "what's your name," she said Mike, and that was it, no follow up like what did you order or what's in the bag, not even can you show me a receipt. She just let that girl walk out with my food and had to go ask the cook to make a order for me the real Mike after the fact after I already had waited 10 min now I had wait another 10 minutes . The cashier never once owned up that she messed up, and instead of fixing it and prioritizing me, I got pushed behind people who ordered after me, which is exactly why that big screen needs to go, 'cause anybody can walk up off the street, read a name straight off that screen, and say "hey I'm so and so" with zero verification, no order details, nothing, and you can't trust these cashiers to actually check, so that screen is a real problem, I wouldn't be surprised if they got theft going on regular and maybe even a cashier or two in on it.

  I called in an order and they were fast courteous and ready in 10 minutes. The wings were fresh and tasty.

  Food was average. Garlic Parmesan wings had zero flavor, lemon pepper was good, normal buffalo was mild but alright. The fries are always good.. Delivery was prompt. They do in a fix, but not something we'd order regularly....

  The best Wingstop in town! The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. A special shoutout to Brianna, she was so kind, respectful, and made my visit even better. (I found her name on my receipt so I could give her the credit she deserves!) Great customer service and great food.
