I’ve been coming to this UPS location for about five years, and I’ve always had positive experiences with the longtime employee he’s consistently respectful, kind, and professional.
However, over the past year or so, my interactions with a newer employee have been uncomfortable and noticeably different. I’ve experienced what feels like passive-aggressive behavior, including being redirected to do things differently than I’ve always done (such as where to stand or how to hand over items), even when there’s no clear reason. There have also been multiple instances where I’ve had to wait while she takes her time to assist me, despite being aware that I’m there.
What concerns me most is the difference in how she interacts with me compared to other customers. From my perspective, she appears more welcoming, vocal, and friendly toward others particularly non-Black customers while my experiences have felt cold, dismissive, and inconsistent. Over time, this pattern has made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I’m sharing this feedback because I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I hope this location maintains a consistent level of respect and professionalism for everyone.

This UPS store is the absolute best. Always welcoming and helpful. I ship a lot to a cousin in SC and there is no other UPS store I’d use. Absolutely recommend.
I love this UPS store! Juan and his wife are always friendly, and always greet me as soon as I walked through the door. I have had many occasions where I needed to send something, and they always provide me with information to help me make the best decision to send my packages while still being affordable. They are amazing, I always have a great experience at this location. Thank you!!

Great service! fast, reliable, and the staff is always helpful. Never had any issues!
Very good Costumer Service, the front desk lord is putting the UPS name in good place.
