  Ive also been coming to this UPS for a while and just like multiple have said the older hispanic lady and man are very passive aggressive, no hellos, nasty looks - even when your smiling or being friendly, they’re selectively friendly to new customers for good reviews and treat others like garbage, people like these workers dont deserve a 5 star review from me.

  I’ve been coming to this UPS location for about five years, and I’ve always had positive experiences with the longtime employee he’s consistently respectful, kind, and professional. However, over the past year or so, my interactions with a newer employee have been uncomfortable and noticeably different. I’ve experienced what feels like passive-aggressive behavior, including being redirected to do things differently than I’ve always done (such as where to stand or how to hand over items), even when there’s no clear reason. There have also been multiple instances where I’ve had to wait while she takes her time to assist me, despite being aware that I’m there. What concerns me most is the difference in how she interacts with me compared to other customers. From my perspective, she appears more welcoming, vocal, and friendly toward others particularly non-Black customers while my experiences have felt cold, dismissive, and inconsistent. Over time, this pattern has made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’m sharing this feedback because I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I hope this location maintains a consistent level of respect and professionalism for everyone.
