    I visited this UPS Store in Plantation to return AT&T equipment. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. When I entered the store, I was not greeted .The employee process the return, After the transaction was completed, I was told to take the AT&T return materials and throw them away outside myself. The way this was communicated came across as dismissive and unprofessional and customer-service courtesy.I see why they have a three ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ rating I understand that employees can have busy days, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. A simple greeting and a more helpful way would have made a significant difference. I hope management reviews this feedback and works to improve the customer experience. I am not seeking compensation. I simply wanted to bring this experience to your attention because it did not reflect the level of customer service I expect from a business serving the public.

    About 2 months ago I went to this UPS store to send a passport + passport application to Canada passport service office. Before going I checked online I got an estimate of about $100, but when I went there, I ended paying $180 dollars :(..they explained that it was because of the gasoline raise all prices went up. Today I sent same type of documents same weight to the same location via Fedex and ended up paying $95 with an even higher insurance, signature service, etc ( the top full courier service package in FedeX) which I couldn’t afford 2 months ago in this UPS store because it was over $200. I give 2 star because they have always being nice with the service ( always used to go to this store for all my needs) but they were definitely $$ over abusing money wise. Fyi: Gas today is about 10% cheaper than the day in question 2 months ago.

    So I ship out a lot of stuff. Like a lot. I can totally understand not accepting usps. But to have a single store or be able to run a UPS and try to change $2.50 to drop off a usps package is absurd. I’ve been multiple work never try to do that after this week pretty disgusting house money the owner for this to be a thing. P.s apparently, this is what they are trained from the manager

    I’ve been coming here for years. It’s close to my house but not only that the customer service is always top level, they really go out of their way to make you feel like you’re taken care of and they always get my packages there on time. This will always be my regular ups store.

    Really rude guy working. I asked for the wifi password was ignored. Started to scan packages to verify returned not letting me make sure that the items are correct. They had better people there
