I understand that this location closes at 8 PM, and I arrived at approximately 7:50 PM. I completely respect closing hours. However, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing.
From the moment I walked in, the energy felt unwelcoming. Several employees saw me enter, but no one initially acknowledged me. After I had been there for a while, one woman eventually did say hello. Unfortunately, I believe this was also the same employee who later repeatedly reminded me that the store was about to close.
I came in specifically to use Print & Go. While I was visibly struggling with the machine because my retrieval code was not being sent, not one employee asked if I needed help. Instead, I heard a countdown: “We close in two minutes.” Then, “We close in one minute.” There was even discussion among the employees about the fact that I was still inside as closing time approached.
I wasn’t asking anyone to stay late or complete a complicated order. I simply needed the Print & Go system to work and could have used basic assistance. Instead, the constant countdown made the environment so uncomfortable that I didn’t even feel like I could ask for help.
I ultimately walked out without being able to print anything. If you need to print something quickly, I recommend going to the Office Depot down the street instead. I went to FedEx for what should have been a simple Print & Go visit and left empty-handed because the focus seemed to be entirely on getting me out by 8 PM rather than helping a customer who arrived while the store was still open.
I didn't have a "bad" experience here, but both associates who were on location when I showed up on a Saturday afternoon, were either not having a good day, or just didn't care to be pleasant or welcoming. I would rather pay more and continue shipping with UPS. Regardless of location, the quality of service is always consistent, and I always feel like my business is valued.

The assistant manager Gil was an absolute nightmare. He was arguing with another customer and then came over to us and had a terrible attitude. Digna however was great that’s why there’s two stars instead of one.

My experience at this FedEx location, especially with Natasha, was excellent. I came in with a very large shipping order, and even though the store was extremely busy with a long line of customers, Natasha immediately took the initiative to help me. I felt bad because I knew I was taking up a lot of her time, but she reassured me that it was okay and said, "We're busy, but we're going to take care of you."
She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful shipping experience so much easier. Her customer service was truly exceptional.
What impressed me most was that, despite being so busy, she remained cheerful and welcoming to everyone. She greeted customers as they walked through the door, and I even saw her kindly ask an elderly gentleman if he needed assistance. It was refreshing to witness such genuine, compassionate customer service. Natasha is a wonderful example of what great customer care looks like, and I truly appreciate everything she did to help me.
Chris squared me away with two sets of business cards and some certificates I needed by the 3pm. I didn’t know how to do anything and he walked me through the whole process and we got it done. This is definitely my go to store for any of this stuff.
