So I recently started shipping again at this location.
I peaked in the other day an asked if the old manager was there? I was told no. Thank god!
Natasha assisted me during my visit and brought me back to my neighborhood location. Thanks for making the right changes to this location. Even though JOSEF left and he was the best.
The next manger was not good in providing customer service! Good job management. You put another JOSEF back to manage your store! @Plantation, Fl
This is a great location, everyone here that has helped me is always super friendly and efficient. Today I had Natasha, she was very warm and funny! Great service, thank you!
Digna at the Plantation FedEx location was excellent. She was professional, helpful, and took the time to understand my urgent project. Her customer service is the reason this review is not one star.
Unfortunately, my experience the following day with Assistant Manager Gil was extremely disappointing. There was no greeting, no attempt to understand the situation, and no effort to offer solutions. I was simply handed a "Send. Print. Go." card and told to email my request for a turnaround time.
We were on a tight deadline and needed assistance, not dismissal. There were very few customers in the store, yet his attitude made it clear that helping us was not a priority. His lack of engagement, poor customer service, and unwillingness to assist wasted our time and ultimately caused us to leave and seek help at another FedEx location.
FedEx needs to do better when it comes to hiring, training, and developing customer-facing employees, especially those in management positions. Digna understands customer service. Gil does not.

A little disappointed in this place and company satisfaction has definitely declined. I went to take a return here, however as soon as I gave the QR code was met with an upset employee saying the system is down that we can’t help you at all. Just completely dismissive and we can’t help you. Not other resolution or date/time was given. :/

I took some passport pictures to renew my son's US passport. Long story short... they were blue!!! And because the guy who took them claimed that the puctures passed a check up on some app, he refused to retake them... do not waist your time if what you need is anything other than dropping or picking up a package...
