  I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Advance Auto Parts. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful or welcoming, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The interaction was frustrating, and it seemed like assisting the customer was more of an inconvenience than a priority. I understand that employees can have busy days, but customers should still be treated with basic professionalism, respect, and courtesy. I expected better communication and assistance, especially when dealing with an automotive parts store where customers often rely on employees for guidance and product information. Overall, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Based on my experience, I would hope management takes the time to address these issues and improve the way customers are treated. A better attitude, clearer communication, and a willingness to actually assist customers would make a significant difference.

  Its was a good experience at advance auto parts with Blaine and odane they're so helpful and get me back on the road in time.. i would be visiting back the store because both of them service was super great....
