  A amazing experience at the new UPS Store in Plant City! Angelisa went above and beyond to help me handle all my Amazon returns in one place, saving me a trip to another location and saving me money. The store is spotless, organized, and honestly smells so good every time I walk in. The whole team is incredibly kind and welcoming. I genuinely love coming here. Highly recommend!

  I was extremely pleased with the way I was greeted an helped and the price was reasonable. As a stockholder I can say that this is the model of success as there are others close-by that clearly are not. Thank you & the compliment is appropriate as the services provided were a necessity.

  This is now my home store (thank you UPS for opening one up so close!!) My review is based off a stand-up employee named Richard. He is the friendliest and most professional individual I have ever encountered at UPS. I experienced an encounter yesterday with a less than pleasant employee, who was working with him and he immediately recognized it. He stood up from the back and took over the conversation immediately (and transaction) while the other employee sat back down in the back of the store. He was patient & detail oriented in his explanation. Thank you, Richard for what you do in the front lines and for UPS. You truly know how to represent your company appropriately. The other employee could use some interpersonal skills training or simply stayed at the counter and learned from Richard.
