  There was a roach on the floor of the restaurant. Informed both of the cashiers there and nobody attempted to act like they cared. They continued to make food and that in itself was kind of crazy. I was initially there for a refund for a sandwich that I took one bite out of and got sick because the meat was no good. Asked for a refund which I couldn't get because none of the ladies could provide that because the manager was not there. Instead they offered me another sandwich (uh no thanks) or my money back but I would have to come back Monday-Friday when the manager works. Mind you I'm from Tampa! Such an inconvenience for me just for $4. This ladies and gentleman is why we cross train for refunds and have shift leaders. I asked for the manager to give me a call so let's see if that happens.

  Absolutely amazing staff having fun joking but still getting work done… D is the absolute bomb got our sandwiches knocked out super fast and made with love and care and made them to absolute perfection keep up the awesome work and keep having fun

  Drive thru issue with pouring rain and the rudest customer service I've ever encountered! This is the second incident. First was an unbelievably rude young man (because I pulled up to the window for an online order without stopping at the intercom) I let that one slide. Today was a middle aged lady who talked to us as if we were interrupting her. Just plain rude. No thank you. No come again. Just rude remarks.

  Ordered two Turkey Subs online and they came out phenomenal! Ready by the time I got there and the sub was great! Great Job to everyone working there!! Keep it up!
