  This location lost my package after paying for it to get packaged by the store. Associate and store manager could not prove that the package left the store and would not look for it. It felt like both employees would not give me more time than five seconds and were trying to get me to leave as quickly as possible. I would recommend finding a different UPS store, do not go here or bring anything of high value.

  Absolutely love the service here. Micah and Faith are amazing—great personalities , always friendly, and genuinely makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. You can tell the team works hard and takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find people who are both hardworking and personable, but that’s exactly what you’ll find here. Great service, great attitude, and an all-around great experience every time.

  Second time they dont allow me to dropped my Amazon returns in a "manufacture box" to sell me a shipping box "cause the material is different" (??). I just went to a different location at this wasn't an issue...

  The employees at this UPS Store are amazing. They are always very helpful, quick with mail and printing labels, and ready to answer any questions or help with extra information when needed. They also have an Amazon kiosk, which makes returns much easier since you can print and label your own packages there. The biggest downside of this location is definitely the parking lot. It’s located on the corner of very busy 49th Street, and the parking area is small and awkwardly designed. Depending on which side you enter, you can’t always exit the same way, and there are very few parking spots available. Getting in and out can honestly be a hassle. The building itself could also use some renovation, as it feels a bit old and dark inside. But once you get parked and walk in, the excellent employees really stand out. Their customer service is easily 10/10.

  CHOOSE A DIFFERENT UPS. Everything here is literally twice the price. I took my stuff to another UPS and paid half the price this store was trying to charge. I think since they’re “locally owned” or whatever they advertise, they charge more than the normal ones.
