  The staff here is always so nice and helpful, even when there’s a line out the door. They deal with difficult customers and still stay patient and professional. They’re always quick to solve problems and get everyone taken care of. Great service and great staff!

  My mom had to go get fingerprinted. She was told it was self-service. I was on the phone tried to help her get through. But after many attempts, it did not work. I called the UPS store and asking someone help her out. And I personally had multiple fingerprints done, and the technician was always standing by and helping out. I guess before I called the store, one of the staff finally came in and helped her out. I may did not sound nice. I understand it was busy... But please help the older ones and those with language barriers... The store manager should tell the staff the fingerprint is not self-service...Thank you!
