I had a supervisor reach out to me regarding a complaint I filed. I consistently receive my neighbors packages, which isn't a big deal occasionally but multiple times per week is a bit obsessive. I let the supervisor know I spoke with the driver and he showed me in the system the location pin is incorrect. I was assured the problem would be fixed and going forward I won't have this issue. Another day. another neighbors delivery. FedEx is the ONLY delivery company who consistently makes this mistake.
Great folks always friendly and ready to help.

We scheduled a FedEx Ground pickup for a large bike box — time-sensitive, hard deadline. The driver arrived, saw the box didn’t have a label affixed, said “no label, too bad” and drove off. No attempt to help, no suggestion to call, no basic decency.
What he didn’t know is that my partner was actively reaching out to me as he walked away. I had the label ready to text within minutes. A two-minute wait would have fixed everything. Instead, his flippant dismissal cost us a full day on a time-sensitive transaction.
Then it got worse.
I called the FedEx 800 number to report the incident. After navigating the automated system and asking for a representative — twice — the system automatically hung up on me. Both times. This isn’t a glitch. The IVR is deliberately programmed to disconnect you if you ask for a human agent more than once. It is designed to make you give up.
So here’s the FedEx Ground customer experience in full: a driver who couldn’t spare two minutes, and a phone system engineered to make sure you never reach anyone who can help.
@FedEx — this is not okay. A real person should be reachable when your service fails. That’s the bare minimum.
