I had a terrible experience on an item sent from this facility. It was a signed for item. I was out of town, but had a family member stay for the timeframe posted for delivery. The driver never showed up. My family member left, and the driver showed up later in the night after the window time. The driver left a tag on the door, but did not link the bar code (which has the information for the second attempt.) we could not access any of the future attempts because of this. The second and third tag were also not connected. I received an email saying that I had to come and pick up the item within 5 days. I called support, they said the driver failed his duty, and that they'd send an order to resend the item. Instead your facility returned my item to the place I purchased it. People need to be aware that your drivers are not fully doing their job. My suspicion is that he/she was behind schedule, and was afraid of logging that from the tag scan.
