  Zhareylis was a literal life saver last night. Not only did she have several other customers in the store after 730pm, but she was beyond understanding and helpful to me when I desperately needed her help so late in the day. She was kind and patient, she resolved my problem as quickly as she could while juggling other clients, and her humor and personality really brightened up a bad night for me. She stayed almost 30m after closing making sure my new phone line was properly connected. Give her 10 raises because she is a freaking hero!

  I went here to receive an update and ZACK WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! He makes the customer feel so comfortable and he is extremely patient and kind!! I loved him instantly!!! He is so knowledgeable! Zack you rock!!!!!
