  Went into cricket today and met Laura at our local cricket, she was extremely professional, assisted me with dealing with my elderly parents, which was very difficult. She walked through setting up two new phones, and did it seamlessly without issue. The service could not have been better..

  Absolutely loved the workers here. Store is cozy and clean. Got myself a good deal too with Juana, the service is everything I asked for and will definitely be returning when I need another line. Good staff team 👏 💅🏼✨️

  Needed a new internet since my spectrum WiFi was acting up, Juana was a huge help in getting me the $47 Cricket Home Internet. It’s faster than my old Spectrum WiFi, cheaper and doesn’t act up while i game or stream. Juana gave great service, and had a very approachable demeanor as well. Definitely will be recommending the new home internet and plans to my friends.
