    Set up an appointment for notary service through UPS website. When I arrived, I was told there’s no notary available. What a waste of time.

    Walking into the store after waiting for the gate to open, no common courtesy hello. Only to finds out that an appt made online for a notary is not recognized by this store. So no notary available. Very disappointing. Did they recommend an alternative. Of course not. Every time I have walked in there, they have somehow disappointed from a customer service perspective. Why did I expect any different this visit despite it being “out of their control”. And this is why I prefer FEDEX or USPS over UPS again and again.
