  I’m guilty of making a lot of returns, and I always choose to come to this UPS over the others in my area because I’ve always had such great interactions with the employees! Thank you for the positive experiences!

  Very bad attention from a light-eyed girl, she didn’t help, she was not interested in being able to manage my return and a very bad treatment for not SPEAKING ENGLISH

  I had a very unpleasant experience today while returning some boxes at this store. The young man like 38 to 40s year old who assisted me, who appeared to be Latino, had a very unprofessional attitude and provided extremely poor customer service. I greeted him several times, and he didn’t even acknowledge me. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but it’s not acceptable to take it out on customers. I definitely won’t be returning to this store, even if it means driving 30 minutes farther to go somewhere else. A positive attitude and respect for customers should always be a priority.
