  Let me start off by saying the cook was in her/his phone when I walked in she got up and started cooking didn't wash her hands the cashier touched money didn't wash her hands started fixing fries this place disgusting..the cook she/he mix old and new wings together horrible

  Ordered food for delivery through wingstop.com. The website said the driver was on the way to the store for over an hour. I called the store who confirmed that my food had been ready for a hour. I asked if they could remake the food so that I wouldn’t receive food that had been sitting out for more than a hour. They refused because my order had been placed more than a hour before my request. I don’t understand the logic of that policy if the food never left the store. I asked how I could cancel order or get a refund and they referred me to door dash who could not help because I did not place my order with them. So overall, I was stuck with cold inedible food and zero compensation. I can’t believe their lack of accountability.

  Don’t like to leave reviews but this place needs a serious evaluation, place is not cleaned husband went to the bathroom and came back and threw up immediately after we left due to him seeing maggots in the bathroom so I wonder if the food is even safe in the kitchen, the food was overly salted and the texture of the chicken wings were so slimy that was $40 down the drain this place was disgusting and disappointing. If they allowed videos this would show you the maggots were alive.

  Very professional. I accidentally ordered boneless when I wanted bone in wings. I can’t have boneless due to the breading and celiac disease. The manager on duty and staff here were beyond accommodating. I don’t go out of my way to do reviews very often but this deserves 5 stars.
