  I came here to praise one of your employees. Zack helped me mail my daughter package 📦 to Oslo, Norway. I had no ideal what I was doing but Zack walked me through the steps and made my visit a absolute pleasure. Definitely appreciate his assistance and hospitality.

  Starting this review by saying that the staff at this site were incredibly friendly but the service that I received was far from what you’d expect of any reputable business. I went in to have a set of construction plans printed. I was greeted and handed a laminated sheet that showed pricing as well as an email address to send the file to. The sheet showed $3.00 + a surcharge for all pages. I want to say the cost for each page over 10 was somewhere around 16 cents per sheet. I sent the file and asked them to proceed. As the job was about half completed the gentleman at the counter wanted to ring me up. He came back with a total of around $120 which I immediately questioned. He informed me at that time that the charge is $3.50/page for all pages. I brought it to his attention that I was presented something far different initially but his response was that he would offer me a 15% discount. I ended up paying $100 for something that I was told would cost around $20. I proceeded forward and paid because the job was half completed and I’m not someone who expects any business to eat costs for me. That all being said….. if I’m told one price on the front end, I fully expect that price to be honored. I paid $3.50/ page and that number was not identified ANYWHERE in the initial pricing. Even after the job finished the store didn’t even have a rubber band to hold the plans together. I left with a sheet of paper wrapped around the plans held by a piece of scotch tape. It is also worth noting that it took almost 2 hours to print 31 sheets. Overall I left the establishment feeling like I was completely scammed from start to finish. Needless to say, I would highly recommend finding a local print shop that will value your business and lead with honesty up front if you need any large format printing done.

  Great location. Friendly staff. However, I have noticed since Christmas that my receipt labels show that the weight is significantly off. Now, this isn't a trouble for me as my labels are all pre-paid for by weight, but for the people who are coming in to buy packaging and labels, I really hope they're not getting overcharged. This was today's label. My box had a prepaid label for up to 2 pounds. The scaled weight printed was 34 pounds?! Please Please Please get your scales checked.

  I went to this store and got an important document notarized. They charged me $70 because there were a number of signatures needed. Overnight was paid for on March 4th. March 9th the person to whom the document was addressed had never received it. Upon tracking the package, it was found that the package NEVER LEFT THE STORE! When calling UPS, they told me to file a claim. I called the direct store and they let me know that "they were just a store, not actual UPS, so file a claim with UPS". They were "just the store" that I paid and entrusted my important documents with, but they took NO responsibility for the lost package. If they are not the responsible party and it NEVER left their store, then why are they accepting packages and money! Not only are they not to be trusted with documents of importance, but if they mishandle them, they are not going to take responsibility!
