    Michelle is great. She helped me with my passport photo today. She was managing multiple tasks and multiple clients at once. Her customer service is exceptional. She represents UPS very well. This is my local UPS store and I am satisfied with my services every visit.

    I had a great experience with UPS thanks to Lucas Mota. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Lucas went above and beyond to make sure my package was handled carefully and delivered on time. His communication and customer service skills really stood out, and he made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and attentive. UPS is lucky to have an employee like Lucas representing their company!
