  I have called 6 different shipping stores to enquire about fiber optic cables. This is the only one that was rude and hung up on me before finishing the call. Young lady answered at 10:54 A.M 5/19/2026. I also realized that she was the only one who didn't immediately introduce herself when answering so I can only imagine that she knows she is rude because it seems like it is protocol for every other store I've called. This includes 3 other UPS branches. All of the other branches either politely answered my question or put me on a brief hold to enquire but were a lot more cordial and didn't hang up in my face. I had an additional question but I won't bother trying to get the answer from this branch.
