- HCHope ClementsAug 20, 20261.0Clearly the staff here at the Bayou Blvd location on August 20, 2026 at 12:42 pm need more training on diversity AND customer service. Upon leaving the store after dropping off my Amazon return the 2 staff members could hardly wait for the door to close upon my exit to begin talking about my size. Totally amazing that they would deem it necessary to comment on ANYONE. Is this now a part of the WONDERFUL UPS customer service the public will have the pleasure of dealing with? The public will be subjected to critique and judgement from staff that obviously are clueless. I could be that one lady in the tight scrubs that helps them or a family member in a medical crisis one day. Both staff members need classes on manners, diversity AND definitely customer service.

UPS has traditionally provided good customer service, which made this interaction particularly disappointing. Being met with an unwarranted attitude created an unnecessarily negative customer experience. Given the importance of professionalism and customer relations in a customer-facing role, I believe this interaction warrants attention. Employees who regularly engage with customers should demonstrate patience, respect, and a willingness to assist.
