- DSDavid J. StewartJul 15, 20261.0This is the worst UPS Store! In today's world when everybody and their dog are buying from Amazon, I cannot believe that they don't have an Amazon drop box machine. Furthermore, I went in today and tried to mail two letters from Pensacola to Jacksonville, Florida. I asked for Certified Mail, but the employee told me they don't offer Certified Mail. So, I simply said that I need some form of tracking and delivery confirmation services. She said they don't offer anything like that. I left in frustration. I went online after I left and read on their website that they DO offer tracking and delivery confirmation services, so I called them back and asked for a manager, but there was no manager there. A different woman again told me that they only offer Advantage Mail, but nothing where somebody needs to sign for the letter. These people don't know their own business! And the first woman at the store which I spoke with today was a smart alec. I will never go back to this horrible store, because all they do is waste my time. They need a new manager!

I came in to get something printed out but had the image on my phone, they point to the email address on the counter and told me to send it there. I was like " oh ok l just like office depot" WRONG, why did this lady not tell me they charge $2.95 for just the email?!? So I paid $3.50 for a single page to be printed?!? Ridiculous, will not be returning here.
