  Solo untrained staff on a Saturday. Could not help us open a new mailbox because the staff member didn't know how to do the process and didn't have a code for the computer. Asked to come back on a Sunday. The staff member was nice enough. It's just disappointing couldn't do business at this place at the time that I needed it to be done.

  I had a box with a pre paid label already on the box. They made me buy a whole role of tape for nearly $7 to put more tape on the box. Customer service out the window I felt like in an episode of orange is the new black. Never again

  Some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I have checked other reviews to see if it is just me. It is not. I also am incredibly courteous to the staff as am other customers I observe. The staff cut you off, are rude, and overbearing no matter what you say. I know you have been made aware of this, yet the behavior continues to happen. I go out of my way to pursue every other possible option to avoid going here,but sometimes it just has to be. I also don't think the rudeness is uniform, there seems to be one in charge who perpetuates the culture of rudeness and influences the others. Please take action, this is unacceptable and complaints are being ignored .

  I went to this location for the first time. I’ve had great experiences at my location in East Hill. The woman who is working at the front desk (60s age I would say) was so rude. I was with my two kids in tow. She said that I had to unpack my item in order to send it, which is fine - but then she continued to reprimand me and tell me “not to bother leaving my box out front” ? Which I never did. It was very presumptuous and rude, and I won’t be returning to this location again. I don’t think she really likes her job which is fine, but I don’t find it acceptable to take your anger out on customers that have been nothing but cordial to you.
