I do a lot of shipping and returns through this UPS Store, and they've always taken great care of me. I've had business cards, menus, and poster boards printed here, and the quality has been excellent every time.
The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of my favorite features is the self-service return station. I can walk in, scan my return, drop it off, and be back out the door in just a few minutes. Easy peasy.
The ladies who work here are awesome, and they make every visit quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend this location for shipping, printing, and returns!

I am so thankful for Miss Lisa not only was she pleasant but she was very patient because I was having trouble even finding my return labels and she along with the other sweet young lady just guided me on through the process with no problems even though they were very busy.
The store was clean and parking was great as well

Dropped package off 11 days ago. Tracking says in transit. Go by the store ask them to lock it up. They say you didn’t buy it from us so we will not look anything up. You have go to party who sold the sticker for shipping it. I dropped off and now they refuse to help resolve where the package went after they took possession of it. I noticed high turn over of employees at this location

I had to process an Amazon return and had a bad run in with the same Employee as I always do every time I go to this location. I was called on by another employee to be served at the counter for myreturn, and it was abruptly interrupted by another employee that was already assisting a set of customers she interjected And was reprimanding the other Employee and proceeded to tell me the employee was “deaf”.l and that she needed to put away other returns before assisting the next customer . I found this to be very rude and disrespectful to the Employee that was trying to assist me as well as myself as the customer. Me and Employee understood each other and she had motion for me to come forward for Service. The employee that had motion me to come forward, was looking very uncomfortable or annoyed by the other employee that had interjected. The overbearing Employee belittled the other Employee because of her disability in front of all the customers in the store. I’ve been coming to the store for years and ever since this Employee has worked there. I have had bad Customer Service issues. I tried to avoid coming to the store and going to the one on ninth just to avoid ruining my day with interactions with this one Employee. I hope this complaint reaches the manager. I will be submitting this interaction with UPS corporate.
